In her previous role as a kindergarten principal, Nikkita cultivated a warm, structured environment for children and families, strengthening her ability to lead with empathy and clarity. Her background in customer service further sharpened her communication skills and her talent for building trust with individuals from all walks of life.
Currently serving as the Admissions Officer, Nikkita is the bridge between hope and healing. She guides clients and their families through the admissions process with compassion, efficiency, and discretion — ensuring every person feels safe, respected, and heard from the very first conversation. Her natural curiosity, love for listening, and deep emotional insight allow her to hold space for others while managing complex intake processes with precision and care.
